95th Anniversary Commemorative Ornament

The Carolina Inn's legacy began when the doors first opened on December 30, 1924. For the past 95 years, the Inn has created extraordinary memories for its guests, and continues to provide delightful traditions and experiences for all visitors to the Inn.

To celebrate our 95th anniversary, local Chapel Hill artist Elaine O'Neil was commissioned to commemorate this occasion. Each stunning ornament is individually hand-painted on hand-blown glass portraying the holiday charm of The Carolina Inn.

Elaine O’Neil has been recreating special places through textile collage artwork for 25 years.
