Q: What can I use the gift card for?
A: The Carolina Inn gift card can be used for a dining experience in our award-winning Crossroads Chapel Hill Restaurant and Bar, hotel accommodations or for merchandise located in our Carolina Inn gift shop.
Q: Is there a minimum dollar amount or quantity of gift cards I am required to purchase?
A: You can purchase as many gift cards as you would like in whatever denomination is best for you. The cards only need to be purchased in $1.00 increments.
Q: Is there an expiration date on gift cards?
A: We make giving easy. The Gift Cards are valid until they are used. There is no expiration date. Visit us when it is convenient for you.
Q: What are the restrictions on gift cards?
A: Gift cards are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties. Card is redeemable for purchases only. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Carolina Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use.
Q: What are the restrictions on Christmas in July, Cyber Monday & Holiday Gift Card Promotion gift certificates?
A: Certificates may be used towards stays at The Carolina Inn, dining at Crossroads Chapel Hill, in our grab-and-go market Pittsboro Street Provisions, and in the Gift Shop and must be redeemed for full cash value. No form of reimbursement will be given on any unused portion of the certificate. Certificates are not valid during special events, on major holidays?or for group bookings. May not be redeemed for cash, and are non-replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. Can be used at one time up to $100 maximum. Other terms and conditions may apply
Q: Is there an expiration date on Cyber Monday gift certificates?
A: Cyber Monday Gift Card Promotion 2016 gift certificates expires on December 31, 2017. No exceptions granted.

Q: Is shipping and handling included with my order?
A: Pricing for the Kingsdown Mattress Set include shipping and handling within the continental U.S, and takes 2 - 4 weeks to process. All other products sold in the e-store do not.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via FedEx. Please provide a physical shipping address. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Friday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 48 hours for processing and shipping.
Q: Can my order be shipped internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser.
Please Note: Mattresses are made to order and not returnable. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

Q: I purchased tickets to a Carolina Inn seasonal event. Will I receive them in the mail?
A: If your order consists of purchased tickets to one of our seasonal events, an emailed receipt will serve as your ticket. Paper tickets will not be issued or mailed.
Q: What is your return policy on seasonal event tickets?
A: All tickets are non-refundable.
